Animals/Pets
Do you allow pets in the hotel? Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the hotel for health and safety regulations.
Are there kennels or catteries near the hotel? Yes, there is a kennel and a cattery about 20 minutes’ drive from the hotel called Wicklow Kennel and Cattery. You can find out more information at www.wicklowkennels.com
Wheelchair Accessible Facilities
Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms? Yes, we do have wheelchair accessible rooms which are easily accessed by a lift. The bathrooms are fully accessible with support bars and a roll-in shower or wet room.
Do you have wheelchair accessible toilets in the public areas of the hotel? Yes, we have wheelchair accessible toilets located on all floors of the hotel and in the public areas.
Golf
Can I rent/hire clubs in the golf clubs? Yes, we can provide clubs for right and left handed players at a cost of €50 per set.
Is it possible to get paired up with someone else as I will be playing on my own? If possible, yes we would be happy to try and arrange something for you.
Is there a dress code on the golf courses? Yes, we would advise that proper golf attire is worn while playing on either course.
Activities in the hotel
Apart from your golf courses and leisure facilities is there anything else to do in the resort? Yes, we have a children's playroom and playground, full size pool table in the resort and a driving range which is located across from the hotel.
Taxi Service
Do you provide a taxi service to/from your hotel? Yes, we can arrange a taxi service to / from Dublin city and airport or any other destination. (Charges will apply).
Car Parking
Is there complimentary car parking in the hotel resort? Yes, we provide secure and complimentary car parking in the hotel. We also provide wheelchair accessible spaces which are located beside the hotel entrance.
Helicopter Landing Pad
Is there anywhere to land a helicopter? Yes, we have 2 locations in the resort where you can land and park your helicopter. Please contact the hotel directly to get the co-ordinates.
Celebrating a Special Occasions
Can you arrange for a birthday cake or flowers to be in our room on arrival? Yes, if you are celebrating something special we can arrange for a cake to be brought out after your meal or to be in your room on arrival (Charges will apply).
Is there anything else that you can provide apart from birthday cake or flowers? Yes, we can provide champagne, wine, flowers, prosecco, chocolates, and strawberries (Charges will apply).
Is it possible to get a complimentary room upgrade? Unfortunately, it may not be possible as our upgraded rooms are very popular with guests so they do tend to get booked very early which limits our ability to offer complimentary room upgrades. If you would like to upgrade to a superior level room this can be arranged at an additional cost of €50.00 per night. If you would like to upgrade to an executive suite this can be arranged at an additional cost of €175.00 per night.
Walking Routes
Do you have any walking routes on the resort? Yes, there are a number of nice walks that you can do around the resort particularly our walking trail around Druids Glen Golf Course.
Wifi
Do you have Wifi in the hotel? Yes, we provide complimentary Wifi in our hotel rooms and public areas.
How Good is your Wifi service? We provide enterprise class Wifi service throughout the hotel.
Storage / Left Luggage Area
Do you have an area where I can store my golf equipment? Yes, we have a storage room which is safe and secure. Golf bags or other equipment can be stored here during your visit at no extra cost.
Business Centre
Do you have a business centre with fax, photocopying and printing services? Yes, we have a business centre which has 2 computers and printer.
Gift Vouchers
Do you sell gift vouchers? Yes, we sell 3 different types of gift vouchers. You can purchase a gift card for a monetary amount directly over the phone which will be issued in the post. This is similar to a credit card and can be used anywhere in the resort. You can also purchase a package or monetary voucher on our website. This voucher will then be emailed directly to the purchaser or the recipient.
